from Tbilisi to Armenia

We have compiled the program so that in one day you will visit various sights of Armenia and get a general idea about it. You will walk around the picturesque resort town and explore the ancient functioning monastery. You will see the largest lake in the Caucasus and visit the Sevanavank monastery. Explore the historical center of the capital. And you will taste dishes of national cuisine.

Dilijan (30-40 minutes). You will get acquainted with the history of the famous mountain resort. Take a walk along the cozy streets. And take a photo at the monument-spring to the characters of “Mimino” with water, which “ranks second in the world after San Francisco.”

Haghartsin (50-60 minutes). Near Dilijan you will visit a picturesque monastery from the 10th to 13th centuries. The complex includes three churches: Surb Astvatsatsin, Surb Grigor and Surb Stepanos. The refectory and the remains of the tomb of the royal Bagratid family have also survived to this day.

Sevanavank Monastery and Lake Sevan (1 hour). A trip to Armenia is unthinkable without the largest lake in the Caucasus and one of the largest alpine freshwater lakes in the world. You will admire its landscapes and visit the 9th century shrine, located on the banks of Sevan. From the mountain on which the monastery is located, you will have a charming view of the emerald expanses.

Yerevan (2 hours). Finally, we will go to the capital of Armenia. You will walk through the park overlooking Mount Ararat. Take a photo at the “Mother Armenia” monument. Visit the main square of the city - Republic Square. And you will hear the main things about the sights of the historical center.

In the middle of the program there will be a lunch break at one of the local establishments (30-40 minutes).

The excursion takes place in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter minibus or minivan

The one way journey will take approximately 2.5 hours.

If the group is up to four people, our guide-driver will conduct the excursion; if there are more participants, two accompanying persons will go with you.
