Overview:

hese Terms and Conditions apply to any tours booked with IMPERIAL TOURS, a local travel company based in Tbilisi, Georgia. By booking a tour with IMPERIAL TOURS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING TERMS & FINAL PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Full payment is not required upon booking to secure the tour.- Full payment of the tour is required on the travel day before the tour starts.- Guests can book now and pay after arrival.- All payments are final and non-refundable except in the case of force majeure.

BOOKING AGREEMENT:

booking is confirmed when IMPERIAL TOURS receives the booking and the client receives written confirmation.- The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age or above and agrees to provide accurate information.- Clients confirming bookings for others represent that they have the authority to do so and have communicated necessary information.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AGENTS:

Agents may cancel with the following fees:- 5 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees- 4 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee- 3 days before the tour starts: 50% Cancellation Fee- Within 48 hrs. before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Clients must obtain travel insurance covering medical, evacuation, and repatriation.- Insurance should also cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses.- The tour cost does not include insurance, and clients are required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost.

MARKETING MATERIALS:

Clients consent to images, photos, or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes.

AMENDMENTS:

IMPERIAL TOURS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.- Amendments will be posted on the website, and clients are deemed to have accepted them after 10 days.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION:

Departures are guaranteed once at least one client has a confirmed booking.- Cancellation before departure date allows clients to choose a substitute tour or receive a refund.

RISK:

Clients acknowledge the adventurous nature of tours and assume associated risks.- Clients release IMPERIAL TOURS from claims arising from inherent travel risks.

FORCE MAJEURE:

IMPERIAL TOURS is not liable for losses or delays caused by unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control.
